These Terms and Conditions govern all freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, and customs brokerage services provided by Kargora Express. By booking a consignment, tendering cargo, or utilizing our tracking and digital quoting platforms, the shipper, consignee, and their agents agree to be bound by these provisions.
All air, maritime, and overland transportation operations are subject to mandatory international conventions, including the Montreal Convention, the Hague-Visby Rules, and the CMR Convention, where applicable.
The shipper warrants that all cargo tendered for transport is accurately declared regarding weight, dimensions, commodity classification, commercial valuation, and description. The shipper is solely responsible for providing complete and authentic customs documentation, commercial invoices, and import/export permits.
Kargora Express reserves the right to inspect packages for safety, security, and statutory customs verification without prior notification.
Shipment of dangerous goods (hazmat), including flammable, toxic, corrosive, explosive, or radioactive items, must be declared in advance and accompanied by valid Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and official Dangerous Goods Declarations compliant with IATA/IMO regulations. Undeclared hazardous materials are strictly prohibited and will be impounded at shipper's expense.
Quotations provided via our website or customer service desk are based on current carrier tariffs, fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates, and declared dimensions. Final billable charges are assessed upon certified check-weigh and volumetric calculation (dimensional weight) at Kargora Express hubs.
Unless prior commercial credit terms have been formally extended, all freight and customs disbursement invoices must be settled prior to consignment dispatch or final release.
Consignment tracking information provided on kargoraexpress.com reflects milestone timestamps transmitted from carrier fleets, airport terminals, and maritime ports. Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith and do not constitute absolute guarantees against customs delays, severe weather disruptions, or force majeure events.
Kargora Express maintains strict cargo protection standards; however, carrier liability is limited in accordance with statutory transport conventions unless the shipper purchases declared-value cargo insurance prior to tender. Notice of loss or damage must be submitted in writing to support@kargoraexpress.com within 7 business days of delivery.
